This is a great still functional set of Russian OH 1x20 Night Vision Goggles, Generation 1+. These were manufactured by the Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant, based in Lytkarino, Russia and established in 1934. The Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant is a major producer of optical glass and precision optical instruments for the military as well as for the civilian market, producing night vision devices and glass laser optics.

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a great still-functional set of Russian OH 1x20 Night Vision Goggles, Generation 1+. These were manufactured by the Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant, based in Lytkarino, Russia and established in 1934. The Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant is a major producer of optical glass and precision optical instruments for the military as well as for the civilian market, producing night vision devices and glass laser optics. We are not sure when this set dates to, but it’s likely the late Cold War or early modern period.

The goggles are marked with the Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant logo next to OH 1x20. On the other side of the battery housing reads 961164 Made in RUSSIA. The goggles currently have two AA batteries inserted, and we tested the goggles in a dark room. They do work, but the optics are a small bit blurry. The set could use some restoration for sure. The straps are retained and appear in good order, and are still adjustable.
